Mason and Winnie the Pooh trying out our new double-stroller

Mason and his friend, Sheldon, playing and watching the BYU basketball game that their dads were watching in person one Saturday night

Today is Mason's second birthday!  He has had a very fun day.  It is hard to believe our baby is growing up.  He is becoming a little boy and has lost a lot of his baby looks.  He says over 60 different words now and has a really cute personality.

We had a birthday party for Mason at Arctic Circle this morning, where there is a fun indoor playground.  Here is a list of those who came: Jessica, Sierra, Celeste, and Curtis; Fern; Elizabeth, Quinn, and James; and Vicki, Dimitri, and Peter.  The kids played on the indoor playground, and we ate lunch.  Mason was excited about his presents; he got bubbles, a flashlight, a book, animal magnets, and a sand bucket and shovel.  Jess made Elmo cupcakes, and all of the kids loved the ice cream!

Mason will be a big brother in about 2 1/2 months!  We set up a crib for his baby sister-to-be two nights ago, and now Mason thinks he has two beds to choose from!  He is getting used to me holding Jess's baby, which is good.

Dan continues to work hard at his job, and we're both looking forward to when he can take some time off later this month for our anniversary get-away.  Dan and Mason build towers out of blocks most nights, and Mason always gets very excited when "Dada" comes home from work every night.

We heard the greatest news today: my friend, Carma, and her husband, Kyle, who have been married for 11 years are expecting a baby in October!  This is incredible news, and we are so excited for them!
